It is a dry desiccant which aids in prevention of humidity damage. It is a humidity controlling desiccant with a large surface area. Featured with chemical stability and numerous micro pores it has ability to absorb water without damaging appearance of affecting other substances in a negative manner.
It has excellent adsorption capacities at low relative humidity for keeping materials dry. Characterized with non-deliquescence, non-corrosive & water insoluble, it appears dry even when saturated with water. It has large internal surface area and chemically inert and insoluble exception in HF or in the presence of strong bases. Available in ½, ¾ , 5/8, 9/16, 16/30 sizes, it has more than 33% absorption capacity.
