Formed in 1990 as a proprietary firm, It had ventured into MSEB as civil contractor rendering services like Industrial Turnkey Project services and Heavy Machine Foundations services for various infrastructure projects pertaining to sub-stations & switchyards. In 1999 a partnership firm was formed so as to cope up with the demanding levels of business. In 2000 the company ventured out to take up business with multi national companies. In 2003 the government took a major policy decision to open up Power Sector to allow private players in Infrastructure to participate.

Considering the huge opportunity available in the Power Sector and having already established benchmark towards Performance and Customer Satisfaction, the Organization decided to be a legal Entity, by forming a private limited Company. The Vision of the Company is to cater for the optimum client satisfaction by adapting various measures within the framework of IS 456 2000.
