Product Description :

We are manufactures of edible acid casein, which is milk protein product produced by acid precipitation of casein from pasteurized skim milk. Our range of acid casein is produced by controlled acidification of fresh, pasteurized skim milk resulting in the coagulation of casein curd. This curd is washed to remove other milk solids prior to drying. It is packed in 4 ply paper bags with inner polybag in 25-kg bulk pack. Acid casein is the major protein in milk and contains all the essential amino acids. It is mainly used in frozen meat products, Dressing, Processed cheese and other fast foods.
