We have designed technically perfect acoustic enclosures to provide a sound free environment. For the sound free effect we have used 16 SWG CRC sheet. To maintain its properties we have provided it with a compressed blanket of 100 mm thickness, with a density of 100 kg/m3. A vinyl sheet of 3 mm thickness is pasted inside the outer wall for an anti dropping effect. It has a rock wool mattress which is covered by fibroid paper and a mild steel perforated sheet of 22 SWG thickness.
Along with this we also have provision for double glass windows and sound proof doors, wherever desired. All door panels are provided with heavy duty hinges, locking arrangements, handles and rubber gasket for easy handling. The complete structure has been treated to two layers of anti rust and two coats of deco paint.
