Washer Cum Brusher

 Washer cum Brusher First part of this machine drum washer with water consists of drum washer with washer tank. The potatoes /root crops is fed into rotating submerged into water, which is circulated through pump. The washed product is fed from drum to brush roller conveyor where product is again washed by spray clean water. Thus this machine is most suitable for washing & cleaning of mud /soil and other impurities coming in raw products.

Sponge Roller Dryer After washing, the product is fed to this dryer to remove surface water. This is a mechanical dryer provided with sponge rollers, which absorbs surface water of product. Machine is provided with squeeze rollers to remove water from sponge roller. Thus this dryer is most economical to remove surface water from potatoes or similar products.
