Our rubber oil suction hose is specifically manufactured for dock and offshore operation of petroleum and products containing not more than 25 % aromatic hydrocarbon content. It has uniform lining of suitable rubber compound, and are resistant to all grades of petroleum and blended products having aromatic hydrocarbon content not more then 25%. Reinforcement of our hose is made of plies of nature or synthetic woven fabric rubberized with a suitable compound and two helical G.S Wire (as per IS :280/78) embedded in the reinforcement plies in case of smooth bore and in rough bore hose. Electrical bonding or our rubber oil suction hose is of cooper wire comprising a number of strands of is embedded between the reinforcements plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose. Cit has corogated outer cover having cloth-marked finished with a suitable rubber compound resistant to abrasion weather and oil. End connection of the hose has build- in nipples with or without flanges as per customer's specification. Length of the hose is upto 75mm nominal bore size length of the hose is available upto (18.0 mtrs.) in hand built hoses maximum and in extruded hoses continuous long length is available. Above 75 mm nominal bore size length of the hose is available upto 7.5 mtrs. These are available in temperature between -40°F to 200°F.
