Sterile solid state Laboratory Bioreactor

Murhopye Laboratory Solid State Bioreactor is a small scale reactor adapted for  the basic steps in reasearch for optimization studies. The design allows the study of process behaviour in pilot scale reactors. As the name suggests, it can operate aseptically. Sample can be drawn during process aeration. It has a control of temperature and moisture content.

Reactor is made of Borosil glass vessel of 1-2 litres capacity

SS Lid has provision for various entries

SS Humidity generator

Control Panel to monitor and control temperature, Humidity, aeration etc.

Exhaust opening can be connected to O2 or CO2 analyzers

 Inlet water & air fed through appropriate filters

Entire system can be placed in an autoclave for sterilization.
