The Fat and SNF content of the product is standardized to the level of 3% and 10% respectively. The bacteriological quality of the product is strictly maintained to ensure pure and safe delivery of the delicious product to the final consumers. The use of selective strains of starter culture in the most controlled hi-tech production atmosphere makes the final product pure, hygienic, delicious with increased therapeutic value.
The product is packed in Vergin, Opaque, reusable HIPS (High Impact Polysterene)cups in an automatic filling and sealing machine to deliver it as tamper proof and devoid of human touch categary product.The pack sizes are in 200 grams and 400 grams .
The product is positioned as affordable, convenient, replacement of home made Dahi and also safe, pure, hygienic, fresh and all the time available alternative of loose Dahi.
