Our quality lab is equipped with various testing instruments like: CMM Equipment w/PC Demis Software, Metal analysis equipment, X-ray and 10X Comparator which is used for testing of surface defects, chemical composition to ensure proper alloy composition, die penetration test to check invisible surface tracks and pressure testing to check the leakage.

 

Research & Development:

 

 We will have an ultra modern research and development department where various research works are carried on in order to offer value added products. Our research associates help us in understanding, developing and implementing latest technological advancements in our range of products. They continuously strive for improving the existing features and take special care that all the products hold to international standards of quality. They conduct market surveys and then accordingly prepare reports. Development professionals then analyze the reports and in accordance with the suggestions made plan out the design and innovation to be brought.

 

Manufacturing Facility:

 

We possess a highly sophisticated and advanced manufacturing unit which is equipped with all the latest machines and tools which are essential for the production process. Our manufacturing unit is highly spacious and well ventilated to provide a healthy and cordial working atmosphere to the employees. We use commercial Lm-6 grade of material for developing our products. We have installed cold chamber machine in our unit for efficient and quick production. With a production capacity of 150 tones, we can easily produce castings in weight of 200g to 2 Kg.
