Ball and Roller Bearings

Our range of ball and roller bearings are precision manufactured from superior quality raw material and are empowered with hi-speed headers and electricity controlled flashing, grinding and lapping machines to ensure accuracy of micron level. For manufacturing our range of ball and roller bearings, we use special vacuum degassed bearing steel from world’s foremost steel maker which is tested for fatigue strength, purity and suitability.

The inner and outer diameters of the bearings are made from bars, tubes and forgings in multi spindle automatic lines and the faces, diameters and bores are ground to highest limit of accuracy. These exhibit the following salient features:

These bearing are finish grounded and honed on automated machines installed in manufacturing and post process gauging cycle with feed back correction.
