Hubs and brake Drums

Our range of hubs and brake drums undergo forging and casting as per the instruction of our clients and are tested for metallurgical quality and grain flow pattern. These are manufactured to work under critical temperature conditions and are checked for radius of flange fillets, bearing bore diameter and surface finish.

Our range of sophisticated measuring instruments used to scrutinize wheel bolt-hole diameter and its surface finish. The grease plugs and gutter holes in the hub assembly are offered with sufficient lubrication to the bearings. Our hubs and brake drums are offered with following salient features:

These brake drums are manufactured adhering to optimum heat dissipation and high resistance to wear. These are examined carefully to leave no room for flaws. In addition to this, proper annealing of casting is done to ensure wear resistance.
