We offer to our clients Series 62 Forward Flame Excess Air Oil Burners that are specially suited at places where superior temperature uniformity is needed. Our sealed - in burners are suitable for light distillate oil, high speed diesel and kerosene and offer stability at correct ratio with up to 50%. These burners can also be operated with excess air up to 450 to 900% depending on the burner size. The excess air can bring improvements in temperature uniformity by:

• Reducing hot mix temperatures helping in eliminating hot spots in front of burners.
• Churning furnace atmospheres for reducing stratification.
• Creating positive furnace pressures for stopping cold air infiltration.
• Increasing effective turn down.
