In Producer Gas Burners all internal parts are machined. The need for cleaning it is minimized as the smooth surface remains free from oil and dirt and any gas deposits.
The dimensions of burner mounting are designed in such a manner that switching over to oil using Contitherm Self-proportioning Oil burner is easy. Gas and oil are put through the burner in a straight passage having a large sectional area which permit easy cleaning if required and these burner are suitable for pre heated combustion air application as well .The oil control of the burner is achieved through microcontrol oil valve with 180 deg sweep of control handle. The minimum atomizing air pressure required at the burner is 1100 mm WC for heavy oil and 700 mm WC for light oil but no atomizing air is required for gas operations.
