Bed And Guide Ways

Bed is made of close graines graded casting and heavily ribbed for high rigidity. The hand scrapped V-flat table guided ways lined with Turcite 'B' liner bearing material to prevent stick slip motion.

Workhead

Workhead spindle speed infinetely variable through DC OR AC drive. Work head spindle hardened and ground runs on precision antifriction bearing P4 grade. Shoe centreless arrangement for job holding.

Dressing Device

Dresser is mounted on Main table. Radius dressing device for from griding. Dressing compensation available in Automatic grinding cycle.

Hydraulic And Coolant Unit

Hydraulic P.P. with DC solenoid valves & Coolant unit are housed outside the machine as a seperate unit to facilitate easy maintanance.
