Bed And Guide Ways

Bed is amde of close grained graded casting and heavily ribbed for high rigidity. The hand scrapped V-flat table guide ways lined with Turcite'B" liner bearing material to prevent stick slip motion.

Wheel Head

Spindle made of case hardness Special alloy steel is hardened and ground and runs in oil immeresed adjustable white metal bush bearing.

Work Head

Spindle is made of case hardened special alloy steel with MT4 spindle taper having facility of both live and dead centre grinding applications.

Talk Stock

Sleeve and quill hardened and ground having adjustable spring load pressure.

Infeed System

Comproises of hardened & ground feed for high positioning accuracy & nut provided with backlash adjustment. Automatic feed at table reversal.

Internal Grinding Attatchment(Optional)

It is hinged on wheelhead and driven by independent drive motor & can be quickly swung into grinding position.

Hydraulic And Coolant Unit

Hydraulic P.P. with solenoid valves & Coolant unit are housed outside the machine as a seperate unit to facilitate easy maintenance.
