TECHNICAL SPECIFIACTIONS FOR RP-500 ‘PAN’ TYPE CONCRETE MIXER
This shall have two Electric Geared motors, one to drive the mixing blade through the Gear box in the Pan, and other for lifting the Hopper by means of an Winch Drum mounted on its output shaft.
Hydraulically operated hopper can also be provided.
The mixing blade assembly shall be mounted on a Helical Gear box transmitting 15 HP at 1440 RPM and having a ratio of 55:1 and giving an output RPM of 25. A 15 HP Electric Motor shall be directly mounted on the Gear box flange.
A 7.5 HP Gear motor with electro-magnetic brake shall be used to couple an Winch Drum to lift the hopper by means of Wire Ropes.
The mixing Pan and mixing blades/arms will be manufactured out of replaceable high wear resistant plates segments.
All and Electronic controls will be from one panel and which are very user friendly.
ELECTRONIC FEATURES:-
1. ELECTRONIC WATER BATCHING TANK with programmable set points, which fills the water automatically by the Pump fixed on the chassis. The exact quantity of water can be drained directly in the Drum.
2. ELECTRONIC AGGREGATE WEIGHING SYSTEM: - The Hopper when in loading position shall rest on this platform having a 2000 kgs. capacity Load Cell. The Hopper assembling shall be disconnected from the main structure during loading/ weighing.

3. 3 CompartmentBins:- of total capacity of 2/5 cubic mtrs with Solenoid operated gates, which shall be operated from a panel in which all the 3 types of Aggregate can be discharged directly into the Mixer Hopper. The required quantity of the 3 types of Aggregate can be preset in the Micro-Controller based Control Panel. The set quantity of each Aggregate is discharged into the Hopper and as soon as this is completed a signal by pressing the button is given to the system by which the display turns zero and the second Aggregate unloads, and similarly the 3rd Aggregate. A cumulative figure of the total weight filled in Hopper can be read by a flick of a button.
4. CEMENT SCREW CONVEYOR :This shall be of suitable capacity with one inlet and one outlet and one inspection gate. Screw shaft shall be mounted on ball bearing at both ends with proper sealing plates.
The cement which is manually fed in the Hopper of the Screw Conveyor would fall in the Batching Hopper. The operation of the Screw Conveyor would be controlled by the control circuit in the Electronic Batching System.
(3) BIN LOADING SHOVEL : Hydraulically operated, Bin loading Shovel with a bucket capacity of 300 kgs. would be provided to load the Bins. Aggregate would be stacked/dumped on three sides of the Shovel and this Shovel shall load the Bins which is located on the 4th side of the Shovel. The rotational movement of the Shovel, around its axis to lift the different aggregate would be by a Hydraulic Motor, on whose end a pinion would be fixed. This pinion would rotate along the periphery of the bull gear fixed on the Shovel chassis. The bucket would have a reach of 10 feet from its rotation pivot point.
All the operations of the above systems shall be controlled by this Control Panel with commands for automatic function.
