"SHIVANG" CHAMBER FURNACE.

The plant & their components are generally designed and confirm to the relevant standard specifications as altered / amended from time to time as demanded and/or supplemented by the following offer.

 The plants & their components are generally designed to operate on 415 Volts, 3 Phase & Neutral power Supply and with ambient temperature between 20 Deg C to 45 Deg C.

 The innermost layer of the chamber will be lined with specially designed bricks, suitable to receive, spirally wound, helical shaped, heating elements on the sides. The top of the chamber will be lined with arched shaped, side tapered bricks, with grooves suitable to receive heating elements.

 The chamber wall will be backed up by Ceramic fiber board, followed by various layers of Insulating bricks, and backed up by 6mm thick ASBESTOSES mill board on all sides, back and at the top. The bottom of the chamber will be insulated with insulating bricks as per our standard practice.

 Spirally wound, helical shaped heating elements will be made out of suitably thick gauge of Fe.Cr.Al heating element alloy wire. The element will be designed to be operated directly on supply voltage. The element will be designed to be operated on a safe low surface loading, to ensure the enhance element life.

We can offer you these furnaces in any other sizes as per customer requirements. Temperature ranges available up to 1150 deg. C with fe. Cr. Al. Element wire for electrical options and up to 1400 deg. C with silicon carbide heating elements. We can also supply these furnaces with gas or oil fire heating options up to 950 deg. C.
