Marble is basically metamorphosed limestones. Once limestone is subjected to heat and pressure,the calcium carbonate re crystallizes into marble. Marble have similar characteristics to limestones. Marble is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Marble is metamorphosed limestone or dolomite. Marble has many different sizes of crystals. Marble has many color variances due to the impurities present at formation. Some of the different colors of marble are white, red, black, mottled and banded, gray, pink, and green.
