Texsa India has been operating in India since past 1999. In October 2000, we started exporting bitumen membranes and was enrolled in a joint venture. We have successfully created a varied client base in the construction and infrastructure industry. In April 2004, we bought all the company stock options and created TEXSA India Ltd, a subsidiary that is going to work for the Middle East region. As a leader in this industry, our product range includes Waterproofing Membranes, Thermal Insulating Boards, Acoustic Insulation Membranes, Geotextile Products, Polystyrene and Polyethylene Sheets for Drainage, PVC Joints, Auxiliary Products and Roofing (Shingles).
