DEFOAMER-NDW is a 100% active liquid defoamer concentrated based on organo modified oils and is water dispersible.
Appearance : yellowish, turbid.
Active matter content : 100 %
Viscosity (25 0C ): medium viscosity
Application :
Excellent general purpose defoamer, inhibits air entrapment during manufacturing and application of water based coatings.
Used in synthetic latex emulsions and for paints and adhesives based on synthetic latex emulsions-high efficiency, rapid foam knockdown properties.
From 0.25 to 0.5 % of NDW on the weight of coating solids is usually sufficient to suppress air entrainment. The optimum amount for individual formulation can be determined by trials.
NDW can be stored for six months, should always be stirred before use.
