Automatic Ampoule Rondo Packing Machine

DESCRIPTION

The basic unit consists of a-

•Rondo tray hopper

•Denesting station

•Inserting wheel, and

•Control switches

SALIENT FEATURES

•The machine accepts the rondo trays directly from the packets in which they were shipped.

•A no-rondo no-ampoule device, occupies very little floor space as compared to hand packing.

•Size changes take less than fifteen minutes and require no special tools

OPERATION

The nested trays are placed directly in the rondo tray hopper in the same position as received from the supplier. Filled and labeled ampoules, objects are placed in the product hopper in a vertical position. The dog chain moves out each pair of nested rondos and transfers them to the danesting station where they are separated and positioned face up. The chain further transfers these trays under the rotary filling station. A rotary transfer wheel picks up a preselected number of ampoules and drops them in the rondo flutes. The ampoules next are firmly inserted into the flutes of the rondo by means of the inserting wheel.
