Karl Mayer Raschel machines with two individually controlled Needle bars for the production of double-face simplex or spacer fabrics, for Packing sacks, tubular and safety nettings, medical application as well as for plush, velours and velvet fabrics. Mink blankets & toy plush fabrics can also be produce on these machines
Merits
• In case of pile machine the pile is securely locked into ground – not possible by any other production method. Natural and/or synthetics yarns can be used for pile and ground. The fabric could be plain or patterned, dimensionally stable and produced without any loss in slitting
• Packing sacks could be produced with flexibility for very open to more dense construction. Ready to use, without any making-up and even with draw-string for tying could be possible. Firm anchoring of stitches avoids slippage and can withstand to sudden impact of heavy loads
• Simplex fabrics are double face fabrics which shows similar loops on both sides and are very soft and smooth, mainly used for ladies under garments.
