Valve Parts: Imported Heat Treated stainless steel with reversible seat plate avoid rematching of the valve seat
Crank Shaft: Well Balanced, Made from ductile, iron shock proof construction to resist uneven load.
Connecting Rod: Light Weight I Section ductile iron, Split construction for easy assembly and disassembly.
Cross Head Assembly: Aluminium alloy, full floating pin type design with special Aluminium alloy bush bearing.
Packing Case Assembly: Fitted with full floating, self adjusting packing rings & springs for minimum wear.
Cooling : Water jacketing ensures uniform cooling.
Lubrication:
    * Positive pressurized oil lubrication through gear pump drive by the crank shaft to lubricator & crank pin bearing and cross head pin through connecting rod to from a full floating bearings, eliminates metal to metal contacts, resulting longer bearing life.
    * Cylinder lubrication is provided with crank shaft driven sight - feed lubricator.
    * Low oil pressure switch provided shut down of machine to ensure positive lubrication.
