PU armrest : All the armrests are in single piece made of integral skin Polyurethane with 75-85 shore A hardeners reinforced with M.S. insert. The PU material in itself has softness that gives a better feel while hand rest.
Five Legged Pedastal : The pedastal is in injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon . The pedastal is in 700 mm pitch center diameter ( 800 mm with castors).
Castors : Injection moulded twin wheel castors are made of 100% SRF or GSFC nylon 6 material. It is fitted with a 10.5 mm diameter bright zinc plated MS pin. It has been tested for 76,000 movements. ( equivalent to 5 years working based on 50 times chair movement per day and 300 working days per year).
Load bearing capacity : Static : 60 kg each castors .
Moving: 125 kgs on set of 5 nos.
Mechanism : The chairs have adjustable tilt tension. It is provided with the upright lock facility to provide needed support. The chair have a full 360 degree swivel mechanism. The mechanism undergoes a cyclic test for 1,20,000 cycles ( 45 kg load on seat and back pulled backward with load of 37 kg) Registrars of Quality Systems, ANSI-RAB.
KNEE TILT : Used for premium chair lockable at five places.
Gas Lift : Height Lifters : Gas Lift mechanism is maintenance free, chrome free cylinder tube fixed in a 38mm diameter MS black powder coated outer central column tube of 2 mm thickness . It have 100 mm stroke length and Gas pressure of 300 N force . It undergo impact test of 1,00,000 cycles TUV CERT (Munic) standards.
Manual Height Lifters : Manual Height Lifters are zinc plated hollow rods with a tapered slot for fixing the height of the chair manually. They are fitted with a revolving bush on top of the shaft, which enables a 360 degree swivel movement and easy height adjustment with a knob. The zinc plated hollow rod is fitted into an outer powder coated central column tube of 3mm thickness.
