Refined Soyabean Oil is obtained from the seeds of the legume Soja max. The Oil is light yellow in color. It is used as salad and cooking oil and manufacturing of margarine, vanaspati and other edible products. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids are unsaturated "Essential Fatty Acids" (EFAs), which are know to be protective against heart disease that need to be included in the diet because the human metabolism can not create them from other fatty acids. It contains Poly-Unsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) 48-67%, Mono- Unsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) 15-33% and Saturated fatty acids (SFAs) 9-18%. Premium refined soybean oil from Ambika group, "SALASAR" is the good quality market oil in oils. It is available in 1 lt, 2 lt, 5 lt, and 15 lts pack.
