Antacids neutralize the acid in the gastric lumen which can bring pH to 3.5 in 15minutes. The combinations of Dried Aluminum Hydroxide Gel & Magnesium Hydroxide are rapidly acting insoluble antacids.

ANTIULCERS

The antiulcer agents are benzimidazole inhibitors of the H+, K+ - ATPase i.e. selectively blocks the proton pump that is responsible for acid secretion by parietal cells.

DUAL COATED TABLETS

We are providing Dual Coated Tablets of Activated Charcoal & Simethicone. This product requires special skill to formulate the same. This is the only marvelous ANTIFLATULENT available in the world. The only product which acts in the body by physical actions. The product is available as dual coated tablets as follows:

             Activated Charcoal (Inner layer)                 250 mg/400 mg

             (Enteric coated for intestinal release)

             Simethicone (Outer layer)                           80 mg

             (Sugar coated for gastric release)

Simethicone is released in stomach & it expels the gas by coalescence of gas bubbles in stomach. Activated charcoal adsorbs & absorbs gas from the intestine as it is released in intestine only. Hence, this logical treatment removes gas from whole G.I. tract.
