Pack : Kaf 10316 Carbon Fiber Packing With Graphite

The packing is woven of strong carbon fiber softening treatment and impregnation with the mixture of fine graphite powder, PTFE dispersion and lubricant. Being strong, static and heat conductive, It is widely used with revolving or reciprocating pumps, where media of chemical corrosion and grains of particles exist.

Pack : Kaf 10516 Ptfe Braided Packing With Graphite

The packing is woven of graphite PTFE yarn twisted through a mixture of PTFE dispersion resins and fine graphite powder plus moderate amount of heat-resistant lubricant. Apart from its corrosion resistance, it has thermal conductivity and self-lubricating properties, and is suitable as dynamic sealing in places where media flow at high linear velocity (about 16m/s).

Expanded graphite braided packing, made of expanded graphite yarn, is resistant to chemical, heat, and tight in sealing. It is widely used in the steam valves of power plant, or as static sealing in places where high temperature and pressure, or chemical corrosion (except concentrated sulphuric acid or strong oxidizing agents.)

Pack : Kaf 10174 Reinforced Ptfe Graphite Packing

The packing is made of corrosion resistant and tensile fiber cords that have been impregnated with the mixture of PTFE dispersion and fine graphite powder. It is further impregnated with heat-resistant lubricant so as to be used more efficiently with revolving pumps in water plant, where water contains low-concentration particles.

PACK : KAF 10840 ASBESTOS PTFE PACKING

The packing is made of white asbestos fiber cord impregnated with PTFE dispersion. (Addition of lubricant is optional) It is soft in texture and suitable as the sealing of pumps for liquidated chemicals. However, packing impregnated with lubricants is recommended for use with reciprocating pumps or for the sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 10m/s.

Pack : Kaf 20216 Pan Fiber Packing

Braided from high strength PAN synthetic fibers preimpregnated with PTFE. It has been impregnated again in light-colored special PTFE and inert lubricant during squarely braiding process. The packing has excellent properties of tightness, lubricity and resistance to chemicals.

Pack : Kaf 10500 Ptfe Packing Of Multi Filament Yarn

The packing is made of pure PTFE fiber, stretched and reinforced, then impregnated with PTFE dispersion . It is recommended as dynamic sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 4m/s, for PTFE is a substance with low heat conductivity and great thermal expansion coefficient.
