JM 509 : WIRE GUARD

DESCRIPTION : 100% Water proof lubricant which does not drip or wash off from wire ropes, cables, chains and small open gears. Temperature range -25 c to 200 c.Fortified with MOS & graphite.

APPLICATION : Wire ropes and cables, Chains and sprockets, Open gears etc.

JM 521 : DRY CHAIN LUBE

DESCRIPTION : Off-Line non conductive, fast drying, residueless, non chlorinated, plastic and varnish safe powerful cleaner and degreaser.

APPLICATION : MOS Fortified dry chain lubricants for chains and open gears running in dusty atmosphere like cement plant, mines, power plants etc. Prevent corrosion, penetrates and lubricates.Temperature range -20 c to 400 c.

JM 546 : THREAD LUBE

DESCRIPTION : PTFE Fortified food safes thread sealing lubricants. Excellent temperature resistance -20 c to 170 c

APPLICATION : Sealing Threaded joints in plastic, aluminium, monel, stainless steel against water, natural gas, LPG, Gasoline etc. against high pressure.

JM 508 : MOLY PASTE            

DESCRIPTION : MOS Fortified antiseize compound. Prevents seizing at high temperature (up to 450 c). Saves threaded parts from galling,distortion, breaking .

APPLICATION : Threaded parts and assemblies at high temperature. Gear, rack pinions, spline shafts, pivot joints, valve assemblies etc.

JM 558 : NICKEL PASTE           

DESCRIPTION : Premium quality nickle antiseize compound. Prevent seizing of threaded parts up to 1400 c.

APPLICATION : Used for high temperature antiseize. It can be used for ammonia

acetylene and vinyl monomer service which are unstable in presence of copper.

JM 549 : ANTI SPATTER SILICON

DESCRIPTION : Based on unique long lasting synthetic silicon formulation.Excellent resistant to high temperature. Quick parting of material in heavy moisture condition. Long term corrosion protection. Easy to clean.

APPLICATION : Protection of precision equipments against spatters of welding.

JM 550 : SILICON SPRAY          

DESCRIPTION : Based on unique long lasting synthetic silicon formulation.Excellent resistant to high temperature Quick parting of material in heavy moisture condition Long term Corrosion protection.

APPLICATION : Coating does not need cleaning afterwards. Protection of Moulds and dies, spare parts, Machined components subject to high temperature. As a mould release spray.

JM 109 : MARKING PAINT           

DESCRIPTION : Fast drying, solvent based two component marking system. Good chemical resistant. Excellent bonding to concrete, metal,wood, plastic, surface. Available in all color shade. (Available in flourescent color on request ).

APPLICATION : Road marking, Aisle marking, Area divider marking, Plant and machine numbering and naming, Packaging etc.

JM 553 : LD KIT   

DESCRIPTION : Non flammable, non corrosive, fast leak detection system. Easily detect smallest hair line cracks from welding joints. One kit consist of cleaner, developer and detector.

APPLICATION : Easy and non destructive testing of welding joints.

JM 514 : DRY MOLY       

DESCRIPTION : MOS Fortified dry lubricants. Withstand extreme load (up to 3,00,000 PSI). Withstand extreme high and low temperature (-150 c to 450 c) inert to water, oil, alkalies and many acids. Suitable for cryogenic application.

APPLICATION : Inches and latch of boiler and oven doors, boosters and sliding parts in engine casting, patterns and pins. Freezer locks and latches. Sliding parts inside cold storage. Lubrication of inner threads of wire ropes.              

JM 519 : NO DRIP    

DESCRIPTION : Non dripping, non staining lubricants which sprays like oil but sticks like grease. Prevents spotting on fabric. Temperature range 20 c to 260 c

APPLICATION : Lubrication of high speed gears, spindles etc. in textile industries.

JM 547 : CONTACT LUBE               

DESCRIPTION : Non aging, non trip, weather proof, electrical contact lubricant.Prevents arcing,tricking and wearing.Temperature range -20 c 210 c.

APPLICATION : Contactors, isolators, heavy duty circuit breakers, bus bar joints etc.

JM 507 : COPPER PASTE         

DESCRIPTION : Copper based antiseize compound. Contains electrolytic grade copper. Prevent seizing of threaded assemblies up to 980 c. Saves from galling, distortion corrosion and breaking.

APPLICATION : Threaded parts and assemblies at high temperature .

JM 548 : AL COAT      

DESCRIPTION : Aluminium fortified anti seize compound. Prevents seizing of threaded parts up to 350 c

APPLICATION : Used for threaded parts and assemblies anti seize. Touch-up for high temperature paints.

JM 551 : ANTI SPATTER NON SILICON

JM 542 : PUFF SEAL    

DESCRIPTION : Polyurethene based foam sealing compound. Excellent adhesion to most material except PP/PE,Sealing of all types of joints, gaps.Excellent thermal and sound insulation.

APPLICATION : Sealing hair line gaps between window and frame. Sealing the joints of roof. Sealing gaps between pipes and wall. Improve cooling by reducing thermal loss in refrigeration and air conditioning plants. Insulating construction joints.

JM 552 : FRE         

DESCRIPTION : Non flammable, non corrosive, fast surface freezing spray.

APPLICATION : To identity electronic faults in PCB and Electronic Component.
