Ceramic braided packings :
Ceramic Braided packing are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section . Packing :: 6 mm ~ 100 mm as per requirement
Product Applications :
a Replacement of asbestos rope for heat treat furnace,seals for stoya and over, expansion joint packing, bulk in tadpole gaskets, gaskets and seal.
a Sealing of over, furnace or boiler doors.
Ceramic cloth :~
Ceramic cloth is made from alumina silica fiber and especially mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity. Ceramic fiber cloth contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Ceramic Fiber Tape is a woven fabric made from our high quality ceramic fiber yarn.
The tape is reinforced with fiberglass filament. Ceramic fiber tape contain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Teflon ptfe rod :~
Rods are available in both virgin grades and reprocessed (mechanical) for less demanding applications. Various fillers are available to modify the properties of PTFE to meet applications. Teflon rod has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials. Teflon bar has the best electrical properties of all plastics rods.
