Description :

Epoxy based fast curing mortar system has excellent adhesion between old & New concrete. This system can also work on mild steel structure to achieve chemical resistance coating. The system cures within 5 - 6 hours which makes floor ready to use within 12 hours of application. Rapid repair has excellent chemical property and compressive strength three times higher than concrete.

Functional cure @ 25 c : 4 - 6 hours

Working time @ 25 c : 30 minutes

Mixing Ratio R: H : A : 1: 0.5 : 8 (Resin : Hardener : Aggregate)

Coverage : 3-4 Sq. Mtrs. @ 3mm thick per 25kg.
