Our company has designed & developed a very compact manual Wafer Biscuit Machine that is suited for the production of Wafer Cream Biscuit. This manually operated plant is very simple & very economical to operate. One worker can operate upto 3 wafer Tongs.
The batter is infused by means of a very exact, adjustable feeder into the machine baking plates. The baking plates are made of special cast alloy. The wafer sheet is backed upto 2 to 3 minutes depending upon the on recipe of batter. The wafer sheets are cooled before applying cream. These creamed wafer sheets are ready for cutting and packing.
