Our cost effective product gamut consists of efficient furnaces, aluminum melting furnace, continuous heat treatment furnace, and consultancy for furnace economics, electrical heat treatment furnace, rotary aluminum melting furnace & other allied range. We are exporting our assortments to domestic as well as international market like Bangladesh, UAE, Iran, Ghana & China.
Our major achievement is on development of fuel efficient furnaces. Our furnace range is from portable trolley furnaces to big pusher furnaces, heat treatment furnaces of all type. We have erected and commissioned about 20 forging units in and around Pune India. We have developed wire descaler, roller descaler machines for removing Scales on hot billets.
We have set up 100 tons per month bearing recess forging and heat treatment plant at Lonavala, Maharashtra India which is approved by SKF International Sweden. We are catering to the need of forging industries & many other industries. With a belief to provide our clients with maximum satisfaction, we are striving towards achieving optimum results.
Our mentor
Our owner Mr. Mr. W.N. Landekar, is an engineering graduate from Poona University, with a vast experience in some of the leading institutions. He has now taken up consultancy in forging & manufacturing of fuel efficient furnaces from last 10 years. He has worked in Bharat Forge Co Ltd. Asia's biggest and world 2nd largest forging unit now having turn over of 8000 tons per month, in production line having hammers 1 ton to 12 ton, up setters 4 inch to 7.5 inch and presses 1600 tons to 4000 tons for 9yrs having production experience of around 1000 automobile components such as crank shaft, cam shaft, connecting rod, axle beam and axles and many more. He also worked as a manager for 3 years with patheja brothers forging & stamping Pvt ltd satara, maharashtra & other forging companies for 7/8 years on senior level. Since 1992, he started his own consultancy. His rich industrial experience has been a milestone in our success. His constant inspiration has made us enabled to reach the heights of the market.
