Horizontal Peeler Centrifuge are suitable for low concentration slurries with fine solids. Higher filtration area multiplied by higher ‘G’ Value ( ‘K’ Factor) gives optimum dryness of solids. As all operations - Feed - Wash - Drying - Discharge are done at full RPM of the basket, time & energy is saved and simple drive systems are required. Bearing Housing Assembly

The main shaft is fitted with a combination of cylindrical roller bearing, and angular contact ball bearings. The bearings are oil lubricated with oil circulating power station, which continuously circulates 1he oil throughout the operation of the centrifuging cycle. The bearing is housed in gas-tight construction, fitted with specially-designed PTFE lip seals.
