Salient Features:

·         BODY: Compressor Body made from High Grade Casting.

·         AIRTANK: Made from High Grade steel which assures long durability tested to its capacity.

·         PISTON: Made from graded steel cast or aluminum alloy. Precision balanced for vibration free and smooth operation. An oil control compression ring of high quality assures maximum delivery of clean air.

·         CYLINDER: High Capacity, Maximum Displacement per stroke. Deep Finned for quick cooling Mirror Finished for smooth working.

·         CONNECTING ROD: Made from Gun Metal or Forged Steel or Bronze. For smoother reaming &longer life, the smaller capacity compressors are fitted with ball bearings 10 connecting rod. Un • breakable transparent sheet is provided as side cover in the crank case which enable the clear function of the ball bearings fitted in connecting rod &oil splash lubrication visible. This is an added attraction.

·         CRANKSHAFT: Made from forged steel. Equipped with Ball Bearings for smooth working.

·         VALVE: Finger type valve system is very easy to clean or replace, if necessary.

·         LUBRICATION: By splash lubrication system for sufficient supply of oil to all parts during operation.

·         STANDARD ACCESSORIES: Air Filter, Air Cock, Non-return valve, Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge, Drain Bolt, Slide Rails for adjus1men1 of Electric Motor, Special Fan Type Fly-Wheel for maximum air cooling.
