MCD Blade Dresser

MCD (Mono Crystal Diamond) which are special diamond are use for the dressing purpose to get more tool life and good quality over regular needle blade dresser. In this blades diamonds are arrange in a very systematic manner either in parallel or in the inclination of 45°as per the requirement. These diamonds having good heat resistance capacity which help to reduce the heat generated while dressing operation, which cause grater tool life.
