Our Work Pattern
The scope of the work would encompass cleaning the premises so that the whole premises from the entrance onwards is clean and is presentable at all times. The house keeping services will be of a comprehensive nature as under:

Scope of Work Daily

    * Cleaning of the whole premise including open area
    * Cleaning, wet, moping, drying, dusting, etc. of the furniture & fittings, etc.
    * Cleaning of the window panes, door panel, etc.
    * Vacuum cleaning/ sweeping and moping of all floor daily/ as and when required during the day
    * Removal of garbage/ removal of cobwebs/ cleaning dustbins
    * Cleaning of glasses, dads, chair, grills, steers, partitions, cabinets, cupboards, office equipment/ balconies/ roof as and when required
    * Any other cleaning requirement that may arise

Scope of Work Weekly

    * Floor scrubbing washing, moping/ drying all area of office room
    * Cleaning of A/C dug, door glasses, chair, steers, cabinets, cupboards, office equipment/ balconies/ roof fans as and when required
    * All the urinal stands, toilet bowls, wash basins, etc. are cleaned with disinfectants, dried and kept hygienic



Cleaning & Housekeeping Services
We pay special attention to cleaning of those areas as they are prone to unhygienic conditions of not cleaned properly. All te urinal stands, toilet bowls, wash basing etc. are cleaned with disinfectatnts, dried and kept hygienic at all the time. We have staff trained to clean window from inside as well as outside. In an superiorly professionals way to protect our people, to protect our clients interests, we have take a third party insurance.


Discipline
In order to ensure proper discipline and a maintain work efficiency at optimum levels, it is our policy to transfer the staff from assignment at random intervals. Hence the same personnel will not be available at the premises at all the times. However, such transfer of staff will be so adjusted that there is no decline in the standers of work. The person given in lieu are trained and hence no slippage of work is possible.


Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
We shall be liable for all the administrative & operation responsibilities on the all the manpower employed on the premises by us. We are duly registered with P.F & E.S.I authorities and are following all rules and regulations framed from time to time.


Terms & Conditions
Please note that our calculation are based on the latest minimum wages as stipulated by the Ministry of Industry & labour, Delhi, U.P. Government. If any revision of three wages scale occurs during the period of the contract by the government. our charges shall be revised accordingly.
