Established in the year 1967, we Astron Polymers (P) Ltd., are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of molded rubber and plastic components. Our range include molded rubber components, oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, mountings, automobile parts, telecommunication parts, monitor & computer parts, silicon tapes and washing machine & AC parts.

Located at Faridabad, Haryana, we are led by Mr. N. D. Ahuja, who has helped us to meet the emerging market challenges. To support him, we also have a team of engineers, industrial designers and other associated workforce who assist us in manufacturing molded rubber and plastic components as per the requirement of our customers. Further, our consistent approach has also helped us to achieve an annual turnover of INR 150 million.

Products We Offer        
With our extensive domain expertise, we are designing and developing a wide range of molded rubber and plastic based components and parts. Manufactured from superior grade of raw materials like C.R silicon, nitrile, TPR , butyl, EPDM, acrylic, polyurethane and others, our range include:

Rubber Components: Molded rubber components and oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, mountings

Plastic Parts: Automobile parts, telecommunication parts, monitor & computer parts, silicon tapes and washing machine & AC parts.

   
Quality Assurance        
Working towards ISO 1400 certification, we give priority towards manufacturing qualitative range of molded rubber and plastic components as per client's specifications. Our quality checking unit helps us in checking the quality of the procured raw materials, the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured components as well as other features.

Furthermore, we use qualitative raw materials like butyl polymers, C.R silicon, nitrile, TPR, Viton, SBR, EPDM, acrylic, polyurethane, and others in the manufacturing of the components. This ensures that our range is not only durable but also provide optimum performance standards to the end users.

The tests that are performed to ensure the flawless functioning of our range include:
    * Visual inspection
    * Dimensional & external testing
    * Ash contents
    * Aging and oil tests
    * Torque Vs time   
Further, the equipment that we use for testing our range include:
    * Electronic balances
    * Test button
    * Dumbbell
    * T.S. Elongation

Manufacturing Facility        
Our well equipped manufacturing facility comprising of 16 production lines is spread over an area of 19953 & 32000 sq. ft. It enables us to produce international quality standard molded rubber and plastic components & parts.

To ensure the durability and optimum performance of our range at client's end, we import qualitative raw materials from markets of countries like U.S.A, Japan, Korea, China. Further our process expertise also help us to offer OEM services with capacity of 80,000 to 5,00,000 pieces on per day basis to our clients.

Further, we have also installed modern machines and equipment at our manufacturing unit. Some of the machines that assist us in fabricating our range include:
    * Lathe machine
    * Milling machine
    * Drilling machine
    * Shaping machine
    * Vacuum compressor forming machine
    * Rubber injection molding machine   

Production Type        
We follow three types of production, which include:
    * Compression molding
    * Transfer molding of rubber components
    * Molding of plastic components   

Research & Development        
We have with us a well developed research and development wing, which ensures the overall product development as per the requirements of the clients. Our research and development department helps us in designing the range to meet the future needs and changing trends of the industry.

   
Further, our R&D unit also assist us in bringing up gradations in our range by adding new features to enhance the functioning of the end products. This unit uses the following equipment to conduct the research work:
    * Rheometer
    * Hardness tester (Made in Japan)
    * Tensile tester
    * Direct specific gravity balance
    * Leak tester
    * Oven aging and muffle furnace
    * Dumbbell cutter
    * Back flow testing machine
    * U.V lamp & tachometer


The working process of our R&D include:
    * Compounding is done
    * To get the required result, we conduct checks on sample basis
    * Then tests are carried out & compared with the specifications of components & material is released for further production.
