We manufacture Transformer Core laminations from Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) steel.
These laminations are manufactured for distribution and power transformers from 10 KVA to 200,000 KVA and can be mitred (45° angle), V-notched, as per the customer's design, specification and requirement. These laminations are also annealed (to reduce stresses and therefore the watt losses as well as the no load current). These laminations meet the specified dimensional standards (as per our internal quality acceptance criterion). We also manufacture longitudinal and horizontal step-lap cores to customer specification.
