REVERBERATORY FURNACE

The showned Photograph is 2 Ton Heat treatment furnace and had a Electrical load of 100KW.

We have manufactured furnace upto 5Ton in Electrical and 12Ton in Fuel fired for Tempering.

We also have manufactured furnaces for stress releiving, Ageing, Homogeneising, Normalising, Tempering, Hardening, and Quenching with controlled atmosphere.

We have worked out with specialized Heating element with Ceramic board locking for longer life and to work with temperatures of 1350 Deg.C

We also work on turnkey basis from taking the casting from de-coring end to Quenching end.

Our Speciality is that our furnaces will work with Fuel efficiency to an extend of 200%.
