Laminated Copper Flexible Connectors

Product Description :
We furnish laminated copper flexible connections or LCFC, which are
manufactured using electrolytic grade copper foils or sheets having
high conductivity. These LCFC cover less cross-section area than
braided flexible connection. Our range is available in various sizes of
different cross section area. In addition, we also provide slotted
holes if desired by the clients. These LCFC are manufactured as per
BS:4608, 1970 (C101). We use various methods to manufacture these
flexible connections:
Sweating
in this method, flexible material is poured into hot molten solder and
then pressed for solidifying the contact area. Thus the end products
posses good electrical properties.
Press Welding
Copper strips are fused together by applying pressure and direct
current. With this method, the solid palm is produced having properties
of plain busbar in the same cross section. This facilitates minimum
resistance and reduces downtime.
