Rubber Covering Machine:
Spindle drive: It is obtained with surface friction by means of an endless belt. The electrical apparatus is contained in a dust-proof panel. A differential start-up is automatically obtained through adjustment of time relays.
Start: Jockey pulleys are provided between two spindles for even R.P.M.
Feeding: The machine is equipped with a two-roller feeder for spandex which guarantees positive feeding of the core thread, also latex rubber splitter for 40 end strips.
Star Wheels: All machines are equipped with hard chrome plated feeding wheels and provided for both deeks with no slippage.
Spindles: They differ from the previous series in the following features :
Ø High speed with remarkable capacity of the bobbin.
Ø Special life lubricated spindle bearings.
Ø Assembling of the rotating parts on special rubber mounts.
Ø Easy assembling and disassembling.
Ø Low cost maintenance.
Ant ballooning rods: With antistatic ceramic thread guide inserts.
Take - up: This can receive beams having following dimensions
Ø Length : 12" O.D. x 8" width beam
Draft: For both deck star wheels. Suitable for Rubber / Spandex Lycra of any gauge.
