We have great pleasure to introduce our unique product “BRIGHT-ON EX”. Unlike other conventional scouring product, gives superior result in Brightness, Color Depth, Stain free cloth, Swelling of yarn, Bouncy effect etc.

PROCESS WITH OUR PRODUCT

“BRIGHT-ON EX”, does not require water softening agent in case of hard water. It prevents scale deposition on wall of the machine & also stops oil drops on cloth in stenter due to condensed oil on roof of stenter as it removes total oil from the cloth.

Below are the given properties of: - “BRIGHT-ON EX”

1.      Composition  :           Blend of non-ionic surfactants & specialist chemicals.

2.      Appearance   :           Transparent colorless to pale yellow liquid.

3.      Ionic nature   :           Non-ionic.

4.      Solubility        :           Easily Miscible with water

5.      P^H                                        :           6 to 7

6.      Stability          :           Permanent

PROCESS FOR 100% POLYESTER CLOTH

A.     PRE-TREATMENT – SCOURING PROCESS

Process for 100kg cloth

1.      Load the goods in dyeing machine

2.      In fresh bath, take following chemicals.

i)        Caustic soda         :           1% OR as per requirement

ii)      BRIGHT-ON EX    :           1%

iii)    White R as per requirement.

3.      Raise temperature to 130^oC

4.      Holding time 30 to 40 minutes

5.      Drain the bath

6.      Give hot wash & cold wash

B.     Neutralization process

1.      In fresh bath, take following chemicals.

                                I.            Oxalic Acid                 :           To bring P^H 4 OR 1% Maximum

                              II.            BRIGHT-ON EX                      :           0.5%

2.      Raise temperature to 110⁰C.

3.      Hold for 20 minutes.

4.      Drain the bath.

5.      Give plain wash to maintain P^H & unload for printing process OR continue dyeing process.

C.      DYEING PROCESS

1.      Acetic acid maximum 1% OR maintain P^H 4.

2.      BRIGHT-ON EX 0.5%

3.      Color as per requirement.

4.      Raise temperature up to 130⁰C.

*In case any sensitive color, add 0.2% leveling agent.

   If fabric weaving with bright yarn (Size Yarn), then use resizing agent (like TFLI) 1% and soda       ash 2%

D.     DRUM PROCESS

Use 0.5 % BRIGHT-ON EX. In your standard process.
