Automatic Papad Machine

This machine is complete solution for papads, puri, chapati, thalipith and karanji. Papad size adjusted is by adjusting roller distance. The roller and conveyers are made up from food graded PVC and hygienic material. The cutter rollers has provision for cutting various size of papads such as 4, 6, 8 inches.
The machine is safe to use and easy to operate with fully motorized.

The process can be further mechanized by using following machines:

• Papad 2 in 1: Machine does two functions wiz flour kneading, thick sheet. This sheet (output of 2 in 1) is directly used for papad rolling machine.
• Dryer: Output of rolling machine is passed through temperature zone by the help of belt conveyers for drying.
