Bright Industries is one of the manufacturers of all type of Bright Round, Square, Hex and Flat Bars and Ground Shafts in different compositions like Mild Steel, En8, En9, En1A etc., which are widely used in automobile industry, fabrications and machineries. Ground Shafts are used in textile industry as shafts on which the yarn rolls.

Manufacturing Process:

For manufacturing of Bright Bars firstly we need to procure the black rods. The black rods are procured from reputed rolling mills and Vizag Steel Plant (Vishakpatnam). Once the black rods are purchased it is deeped in acid tank that removes the rust on the black iron rods. Then it is washed with plain water to remove the acid layer on the rod and then deeped in lime water tank for about that gives the shine to the black rods. It is then taken to pointing machine there the rod is pointed as we sharpen the pencil the same way pointing machine sharpens the black rod. After the rod is pointed a draw bench with a pulley and chain with gear box pulls the rod which passes from the die to make the desired size. Once it is passed from the die we get the desired size and then point is cut and passed though straitening and polishing machine to make the surface shiny and to make the rod straight and then comes out as final bright bars.
