Established in the year 1995, we Brissun Technologies, are successfully led by Mr. Vivek Bansal. He is a proficient technocrat and an eminent entrepreneur, who had the vision of developing new technologies in the field of processing edible oils. Under his guidance, we achieved excellence in the processing of edible oils, alcohol and bio-fuels.
With in depth knowledge in the field of oil processing, have successfully developed new technologies for it. Our range of products include edible oil plants, alcohol process plants, bio-diesel and bio-fuels plants, heat exchangers, distillation columns, candle filters and pressure leaf filters. These technologically advanced equipments are largely used for meeting the needs of oils processing in many industries.
Coming a long way since our establishment, we are striving to achieve more in the future. Over the years we have achieved many milestones with our line of technology advanced solutions. We innovated our first multi pressure grain based distillery in the year 2005. Apart from this, our company was the first to manufacture ready to assemble modular bio diesel plant for company based in USA.

Products
We endeavor to manufacture competent and innovative range of machinery and other allied oil processing units. Our company aims at designing processing plants to meets the requirements of any type of edible oils, be it sunflower oil, soybean oil palm oil and cotton seed oil. We have designed our proficient range of plants that ensure the best heat recovery of the oils.
Our line of products include edible oil plants, alcohol process plants, bio-diesel and bio-fuels plants, heat exchangers, distillation columns, candle filters and pressure leaf filters. We offer guarantee and after sales service to all our clients.
Team
Our company has a team of qualified and experienced engineers. With their extensive experience and skills, we are able to develop innovative and high performance oriented processing machinery. We also have a team of trained site engineers who are responsible for turn key projects involving erection and commissioning of plants. Our draftsmen are experienced and are proficient in handling P & ID, structural layouts and all the detailed piping layouts as per the site requirements. They are capable of executing the work efficiently and also deliver the projects on time.
Quality
We make use of all the technologies to attain premium quality products. Special attention is paid to the manufacturing of every part. Every piece of equipment that we fabricate undergo hydraulic pressure testing. This is done to ensure the designing is as per the requirements of the clients.
We also use radiography to test the weld joints, as per ASME specifications. This enables us to detect the defects in the machines. To further improve our productions we take the Services of a third party, who inspect the total manufacturing and installation of our plants.
Infrastructure
Our profound infrastructure has enabled us to engineer such technologically advanced plants. We have a state- of- the- art manufacturing set up, which aids us to design long lasting processing units. Our work factory consists of a fabrication shed. This fabrication shed is equipped with the latest welding machines and overhead crane for material handling.
The designing and engineering of our products is done with the help of our in house CAD /CAM facilities. We also make use of the latest softwares to obtain flawless products.
