Our History
After 8 years Telecom experience in a partnership firm, Callon was established in 1992. Maintaining same lineage, we added more customer friendly policies thus every products sold by Callon has an extra value addition. In Box Selling industry we decided to be with a value addition staying apart from rat race.
Journey started with “Ultimate” – Real time systems, New Delhi. Leaders in small PBX market.
When SIEMENS launched their Hipath Digital Communication system in India in 1994, we were amongst country’s first of three business partner who got enrolled. By the time association ended in 1997, we had most of cream layer corporate houses of Ahmedabad in our customer list as Hipath Users. Listing some of them like Nirma, Cadila, Torrent, Intas, Adani, so on.
In 1999 we joined our hands with Tata Telecom which was later on taken over by Avaya. The new company was named As Avaya Global Connect.
Creating a market for the less known brands against strong holding brand by aggressive and focused marketing with the support of our goodwill and services now has become our core competence.
With Real time we had HCL as a strong competitor, with Siemens it was Tata Telecom, Then there was absolutely reverse stride (totally opposite show) by now Siemens was enjoying the market leadership and we had newly entrant LG with Korean brand image, still we could create strong market presence.
Our Infrastructure
Located in the Western Part of the Ahmedabad, known as Vijay Cross Roads, our office has approx.1,000 Sq Ft. carpet area, With best amenities and wonderful ambience.
Every desk is equipped with latest IT set up and server connected.
Customer care center has separate hotline for hassle free and prompt connectivity.
Our Online Dynamic Complaint Management System helps our Customer Care Desks in taking Action & Evaluating performance online. This creates an absolute transparent environment for our customer to understand Service Matrix.
16 member Team Callon is well Trained on accountability and responsiveness. It is mandatory to respond mobile call at any hours. Every support request has an accountability matrix.
We have In-house centers for

Designing and developing solutions for customer’s specific needs.
