CECO-PRESSCON regulates Pneumafil Motor Speed automatically in accordance with the actual suction pressure requirement, which varies with the type of yarn being coned, no. of end breaks, Environmental condition etc.
The actual suction pressure is monitored by a vacuum pressure sensor, compared with a set reference point and an electrical control signal is generated in proportion with the difference in set point and actual pressure. This signal is transmitted to the PI control of Inverter Drive for varying the motor speed in such a fashion that the difference is minimized.
CECO-PRESSCON maintains a constant suction pressure with the close loop feedback system at a reduced RPM when the actual suction demand is low, the optimum energy is consumed.
