We are using an innovative subtractive machining process to produce a wide variety of precision industrial parts in thin metal economically and quickly. Tooling is created via CAD quickly with no long-winded mechanical processes involved. Tooling and set-up costs are extremely low as no expensive die and punch press are required. Our process doesn’t alter any material property (like hardness, strength, formability, grain structure, or ductility of the metal) and parts manufactured are burr free.
