Fluid Bed Dryer

The fluid bed dryer offered by us is widely used in many industries like pharma, food, dyestuff, chemical and polymer. This versatile machine is suitable for wet, granular powdered materials. Its structure is made out of rigid square pipes of SS 304 and is polished to matt finish. The mild steel parts of the dryer are smoothly surfaced and painted. The contact parts made out of SS 304 / 316 and its inner surface is grounded and polished to give a mirror-finish look.

Working Principle:

It works when an induced air draft created by a special, heavy-duty blower is drawn through the 5-micron air filter. The filtered air is then heated to the needed temperature by the electric heaters or steam radiator. Hot air passes over the product which, as a result gets dried with the help of air fluidization. The damper is provided to control air circulation whereas; the filter bags bag prevents the small particles from getting into the exhaust.
