Chopper Machine

We are offering a wide range of Chopper Machine as per client require. "Ce” chopper has been specially designed for granulating and cutting various materials like food, agro, ayurvedic herbs into small pieces of required particle size distritbution with minimum of powder content. Chopper machine consists of an encased rotor carrying knife bitters. Material is feeded from the feed hopper where material is cut between fix and rotating knife. The cutting materials are carried towards the screen in the lower part of the chamber. The cut material is conveyedby the blower in to the cyclone for collection and bagging. Dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dust free operaton and no loss of powder.

chillies for pizza toppings chopped, minced ,granulated onions tea-cut ,seen leaves cutting of various ayurvedic herbs into pieces of required size granulating of food colors. Granulating of gum/asafoetida into required size. And many more application.
